Additionally you will visit places of great natural beauty that you will demonstrate that coffee production works hand in hand with conservation and sustainability taking into consideration the well being of human beings, animal life, and flora and fauna.
During your visit you will have the choice of living with a family involved in the production of coffee. You can eat, sleep, work and live as the coffee producers do in a family environment.
Come and enjoy a beautiful natural setting while experiencing the day-to-day activities of coffee production in a beautiful environment. Enjoy sharing and partaking with Costa Rican families and all of the rich traditions that have been developed over the years. Come and enjoy the real life experience of Tarrazú coffee.
We offer transportation services to and from Juan Santamaría International Airport or any other part of San Jose. It is important to note that the distance from the airport to Tarrazú is 85 km. (53 miles) and from San Jose the distance is 70 km. (44 miles). The trip from the airport to Tarrazú is about two hours by automobile. We will be more than happy to make the necessary arrangements in order to provide you custom transportation to Tarrazú.
